Do you feel like it is a couple of summers ago with the pool closing? Well, the good thing is we know why the pool has closed and we know what is happening to get it reopened. The pump on the pool has stopped working and we are waiting on parts. As soon as the parts are in the pool will be up an working. I wish I could tell you when that will be but we just don't know.
I wanted to also let you know about a few good things that are effecting our development. As you know, Diane at Sentry has saved a considerable amount of money with our insurance coverage and lawn maintenance. She just let the Transition Team know about another savings with our AT&T coverage for our fire alarms. The total amount saved does not make up all the way for those people who have not pair their HOA dues but the $100 k goes a long way! Diane has also had the pedestrian gates along Pine Leaf repaired and a call in the have our fence caps replaced.
If any of you paying your fees month to month received a notice in the mail just be sure Diane at Sentry knows you are paying each month and throw that notice out. No worries and please don't forget about the National Nigh Out next week!
