Community Clean Up
Saturday morning Commissioner Diamond dropped some Einstein bagels off to the 15 members of the Tivoli Village community and to say thank you for our work trying to keep our area of the city clean. With gloves on and garbage bags in hand community members split into two teams and from the front of our pool, set off to pick up some garbage. Cans, bottles, phone books, door hangers, paper, plastic bags, destroyed toys and more were collected and disposed of. Once the garbage was collected the team members took on the removal of Better Built Homes signs (with HOA approval) from those areas owned by the development company and the common areas of our community. Don't worry, the signs weren't thrown away ... we placed them in one of the drive way of the Better Built Homes models.
I personally wanted to say a giant thank you to everyone who gave a couple of hours of their own time to keep Tivoli Village clean. You each deserve a grateful pat on the back from each resident of this community. Take a look at the video from the clean up today!
