"Transition Team" was the name created by Mr. Kyle Sanders for a group whose goal was to make the transition from his control of our HOA to our control be as smooth as possible. Circumstances have changed and no longer is the title "Transition Team" applicable to the situation. The new name for our group is "The Dream Team."
Our groups is in the process of growing in size and in organization as we take on the growing challenges of our community. if you are interested in becoming an active member for monthly meetings, e-mail communication, event planning and implementation and limited financial support all we ask is that you are an owner currently in good standing, are willing to help and let us know. For those of you that are supporters but time does not allow for full participation stay tuned to the Tivoli Village News, community e-mails and please attend all community events.
Some of the issues we are working on are: Continued participation in the Law Suit dealing with the Pinecastle Jeep Range; Continued participation in the pending breach of contract law suit with our HOA board of directors; The creation and implementation of a Neighborhood Watch Community; The Community Events Calender; & Keeping OUR Community Clean project.
