As of April 1, 2010 Leland Management will assume operational control of our community replacing Sentry Management. Even with this change our development officers will not change and thus Kyle Sanders remains our HOA President.As the owners and residents of our community can attest we are at a crossroads ready to choose the path that is the future of Tivoli Village. We may select the status quo path or the "draw a line in the sand" path. In order to gain a better understanding of what path to select leaders of our community have been selected to meet with Leland and share some of our experiences over the last few years. Just an FYI...Apparently Leland has already taken over the management. I called Sentry this morning about a smoke alarm malfunction incident we were having and they called me back because they couldn't find my file. When I told them what property I was calling from they told me Leland had already come and taken the files for the property. - Michael Citro
