Time flies when you are having fun and we are having some fun in Tivoli Village. This is your friendly reminder that our next payment of HOA dues is quickly coming upon us. April 1st everyone needs to send in a monthly amount of $249.00 or a quarterly amount of $747.00 to Leland Management and enjoy with all of us, that this money no longer goes to Sentry! This payment does not effect our plans in dealing with our developer and their lack of payments to our sub-division.Leland and specifically our property manager Ernie has already been doing a great job for us. He has arranged a new lawn maintenance company that will provide the same services we are presently receiving but at a lower cost. No word on the mulch though. He has arranged a new pool maintenance company that will take care of our pool, clean the bathrooms, empty the garbage and arrange the furniture. These services will both begin in the next few weeks. Ernie has also arranged for someone to come out and pressure clean our tot-lot so please bring your kids down and enjoy the facilities we all pay for.
One new thing that Ernie has provided is a monthly mangers report detailing the major going-ons of our community over the last month. This is something we never received from Sentry. The report is attached under the "Community Documents" section to the right side of the blog. It is titled "March Board of Directors Meeting."
