The speed bumps we have been writing about for months are officially being installed NEXT WEEK! APEC, Inc. has been contracted by the city to place five speed bumps on Pineleaf Way. According to the letter mailed out by APEC, "The work in your neighborhood is currently scheduled to begin on November 9th ... The Construction of the asphalt portion will take one to two days ...
