THEY'RE BACK ...

The rumor floating around the streets of Tivoli Village is one to be afraid of ... or is it. When asked why the gates are being left open again Ernie from LeLand Management explained that the builder was selling properties and soon will be building on the empty lots. At the time of this article, Ernie was checking that it is in fact Better Built Homes that will be building.
Despite what may be your first reaction of frustration and anger let me remind you that we are very close to assuming control of our HOA. We need to have 90% of the units build and sold to assume control and at this time we are closer to 80%. Once we do assume control of the HOA we will not control the architectual review board until we are 100% built out. Until then Mr. Sanders willcontrol the ARB. We will keep you posted on the process ...

Will they be building in the corner lot area, near Econ and Lee Vista? We were hoping not, something we had wanted to discuss was possibly fencing the lot in and making it a little dog park. Owners would still be held responsible for clean up. This could possibly attract more people to come in and buy. There is a house in the neighborhood that has a wooden board covering the back door, the grass is more weeds than actual grass, and there are many spots that are just dirt and not grass at all. Is this not what we are paying our HOA fees for? Should any of these matters be attended to before the addition of more homes?
