Well ... it appears Better Built Homes is on its way out as they try to sell the remaining units left her in Tivoli Village. This is a great sign in the growth of our development both with units finally be filled and all the new and wonderful neighbors. Please welcome these new residents with the patience and compassion we have shared with everyone that lives here.
With Better Built Homes leaving our developer will be actively looking for a new builder to fill the remaining lots. By contract the new units must keep the same basic appearance as all other units in our development with respect to colors of the units, coach lamps and so on. But as the two car unit on the north side of our development illustrates, the builder does not have to match exactly. When that new builder comes in it will require the completion of only one building for the owners of our development to finally assume control of the HOA. We will not take control of the ARB until the development is 100% completed which stinks but this would be one step in the right direction.
