THE VOTE IS IN ...

The vote is in ... of the 63 votes that were cast, more than 44% voted for our residents having the right to put up a fence in our backyards. For those of you not wanting one don't fret. As long as our developer controls the Architectual Review Board he will not allow fences to be put in. And even when we control our ARB we will have to come up with a plan to fairly decide how and what types of fences will be approved. But that is all for a later discussion.
