Transition Team

We have asked for your input and we hear you!
The Home Owners Association of Tivoli Village is controlled now and will continue to be controlled by our developer. This will continue until Tivoli Village is built and sold at 90% of our end numbers. As we wait for the economic situation to improve and housing sales to start up again we must be productive in our work with our HOA and its agent, Sentry Management.
In an effort to create a better level of communication between residents of Tivoli Village and our HOA we were asked by the HOA to create a Transition Team of current residents in good standing. This team would serve as a group that would make suggestions to the HOA for development improvements as well as how best money could be spent. These would only serve as recommendations with our HOA making all final decisions.
Every recommendation made by the Transition Team is made in hopes of improving our development in its appearance, the value of its homes and safety of its residents. Our first level of recommendations dealt with parking issues. Our second dealt with recommendations of ways to save HOA money spent. And just recently we were asked our opinion about adding dog stations around the development.
