As 2009 comes to a close I wanted to bring everybody up to date on where we sit with the pending lawsuit dealing with the former Pinecastle Jeep Range. Without going into too much detail, not much has changed. We are still waiting the federal case to come to some resolution and to use that case as a precedent for ours.
