Does this pool look familiar? This is not our pool but instead the pool at Breckenridge in Apopka. Breckenridge is a subdivision for homes developed and currently has a HOA president by the name of Kyle Sanders. In the years since it's inception Breckenridge has continued to raise its HOA fees by 15% each year despite not showing an increase in fees or services. Sound familiar? When looking at Hanover Capitol Partners web site (www.hcpland.com) you will see a total of five developments currently selling lots and this does not include the few remaining lots left here at Tivboli Village. I have spoken with two different owners at Breckenridge and have found a series of actions by both Mr. Sanders and Sentry Management that are similiar to actions taken here in Tivoli Village, actions that violate the community bylaws and state statutes.
The time has come to not only organize the owners of Tivoli Village but also to establish contacts and a working relationship with any and all communities that have Mr. Kyle Sanders as the president of their HOA's. It is through this combined strength that we will prevail over these unjust and potentially illegal actions. Stay tuned for a meeting early next year to plan what to do next.
