As I am sure most of you have already learned, as April 1st Sentry Management will no longer be the management company for Tivoli Village. Please unite with me in a GIANT welcome to Leland Management and Ernie Tedrow as our management company and association manager. Although Sentry informed us that monthly payments were no longer going to be accepted Leland will accept monthly payments but this does not start until April so please pay your first quarterly payment to Sentry. They will also let us pay online, have automatic payment or pay by credit card. THIS DOES NOT stop our plans to pay only the 2009 dues amount. We ask that everyone make the proper, full payments from now until the end of September. We hope to have a resolution to our dues issue by then but stay posted!!!!
