A few of the owners of Tivoli Village were invited by our new property manager, Ernie, to stop by and have a meet and great. They were great in understanding the role of a management company and doing what is best for our HOA in the long run. One things they have asked for is input from the community on things that went well and more importantly did not go well with Sentry Management. If you can think of anything that you feel is vital for Ernie and Leland to know please respond to this and I will be sure it is forwarded. In the mean time Ernie wanted to tell you a little about himself:
"Hello. I am Ernest K. Tedrow (Ernie) your community Association Manager with Leland Management. I have nine years experience as an LCAM (licensed Community Association Manager) for the State of Florida.
I am a Baltimore native where I was president of my association for ten years and served on the City of Baltimore Committee for Architectural Preservation. We worked to save the Afro American Newspaper building which housed the first newspaper printing press in the Mother Seton Neighborhood. I am committed to creating positive results while making Tivoli Village a community that you will be proud to call home."
