The Pinecastle Jeep Range may have been out of the public eye for a bit of time but it has not been forgotten by the owners and residents of Tivoli Village who have seen the value of their homes decrease as information pertaining to the bombing range came to light. As we struggle to deal with the economy, our new management company and our increased fees we must have solace in knowing our attorneys are working for everyone in Tivoli Village with respect to the bombing issue. As it has stood for some time we have been patiently waiting for some decisions in a federal case concerning the bombing range. We have basically been on hold and it appears that hold shall be lifted soon. A meeting is scheduled in the near future to detail where the case is and how it applies to Tivoli Village.
