With a little research at Zillow.com and the property appraisers office you'll be able to find the true value of your home and prices of recent sales in Tivoli Village. As of the 4th of July, the last eleven homes sold in our community went for an average of $116,000. At the same time the working value of the larger models here in Tivoli Village is also $116,000. For those of us in the neighborhood who purchased their home prior to 2008 these numbers are scary!
