The 27th Annual National Night Out, a unique crime/drug prevention event sponsored by the National Association of Town Watch, will take place on Tuesday, August 3rd. Last years event involved citizens, law enforcement agencies, civic groups, businesses, neighborhood organizations and local officials from over 15,000 communities from all across the 50 states, U.S. territories, Canadian cities and military bases worldwide. In all,over 35 million people participated and your community was part of the night. The 2010 National Night Out will be the fourth held here at Tivoli Village and will take place at 6:00 pm at our pool cabana. Pizza and water will be provided. We would also like to invite all our neighbors to treat this event as a pot luck dinner and bring your speciality. As always we will have games for the kids and visits from our local police, fire and elected officials. The theme for this year event is "Back to the 70's."
