After three years of annual HOA dues being increased the owners of Crowntree Lakes Tract 2/3 or Tivoli Village should jump for joy when they check their mail this weekend. Leland Management has mailed out the proposed budget for 2011 and dues will be going down. After year after year of watching dues amounts go up it is proposed that each home pay $236 a month. This is a small decrease but one that is very welcomed.
The Budget Proposal meeting is scheduled for October 12th at 7:00pm. Different than years past this meeting will be held at the Leland Management office just off Sandlake Blvd., west of Orange Ave. Their address is 6972 Lake Gloria Blvd., 32809.
Before you attend the meeting please take a moment to look through the proposed budget and some interesting numbers. For example: Our legal fees are decreasing 14K; Our insurance is decreasing 40k; Our maintenance is going down 40k. While other areas see an increase in amounts. For example: Our termite bonds go upby 24k; Most importantly, our reserves are increasing to amounts that are good for the long term success of the neighborhood.
Leland Management and our property manager Ernie have gone a long way in correcting the ills of mismanagement of years past. We have seen an increase of services, an effort to make this a safer neighborhood and a decrease in our dues. We have also seen that Leland has an open ear to community concerns. Hope to see you all at the meeting in October!
