It Dues Time!

With the wonderful news that our HOA dues will be going down for the first time in several years it should be a bit easier to make this last payment of our 2010 dues. October is here which means our last quarter dues are expect to Leland Management by November 1.

For those many residents that had planned to make a limited payment this quarter it is recommended that the full payment is made. The board heard our concerns and have made some serious changes this year. Changes that have brought us better property service, cheaper rates and a safer neighborhood. All of these actions can only help in increasing our property value ... or at least slow down the decline.

Our property manager has made it known, that with just one more year of HOA rates at this level we will have built back up our community reserves. This is conjunction with more and more unit being sold only puts our development in a better financial situation. All we have to do now is get another builder in here and finish off these empty lots and have our board transferred over to us.
