The Tivoli Village News just received some wonderful news from Ernie at Leland Management. He wanted us to know that in the last few months our pool has had a new motor/pump and light installed and our playground power washed. In the next 60 days we will have our front entrance signs and sidewalks, the fence posts throughout the development and bridge posts all power washed, new landscaping installed at both entrances as well as the center island and the fences will be repaired throughout the community. Ernie is also working diligently to repay the depleted reserves. We should feel very fortunate to have Leland be our management company and Ernie to be our property manager! Thanks Ernie!!!
