After too long of a layoff, community members came together on Saturday the 20th, to enjoy some holiday spirit and share in each others food and friendship. More than thirty people stopped by throughout the evening to share stories, catch up on community "gossip" and make some plans for future community events.Of the many topics discussed it was agreed that we would all do our part to decorate for the holidays including placing decorations at each entrance into the development. As for 2011 we agreed to setup a Neighborhood Watch and hold a community Garage Sale in early Spring. If you are interested in helping with any of these events please let us know.
The evening came to an end when the mosquito's came out in force. Yes ... mosquito's in late November ... Gotta love Florida! By 7:30 the pool was cleaned and everyone was home after enjoying a wonderful evening. Thank you to everyone who attended!
