This picture is evidence! Evidence of someone traveling through Tivoli Village to spread a little destruction and disaster. All in all two different cars were keyed and countless homes had their holiday decorations destroyed or altered causing hundreds of dollars of damage. Although the police have been notified there is little that can be done because too many of us have found ourselves focused on the wrong things. For too long we have forgotten about being a good neighbor and helping each other out. The time for this is over!We must ask that all neighbors turn on your coach lights and ask your neighbors to do the same. We must ask that when you enter or leave the neighborhood you drive through the gate furthest away from your home and notice anything different. When you see something different or something suspicious we must ask that you call 9 1 1 and let the police know about your concerns. Most importantly ... we must ask that EVERYONE join our neighborhood watch that we are setting up in early 2011.
It is only through a combination of all our efforts that will create and maintain a safe and wonderful neighborhood.

This is truly a sad moment in our neighborhood. In the 4 plus years of living here, the first we've seen. Please do your part in helping keep our neighborhood safe. We are!
People are more worried about a street sign in their yard then crime in the neighborhood. It is sad but it is a reality.
