2011 Annual Meeting

Notice of Annual Membership Meeting

On July 19, 2011 we will be meeting at the Renaissance Senior Center at 7:00 pm for our 2011 Annual Membership Meeting. You should have received a letter from Leland Management about this meeting in the mail this week. In order for this meeting to count as the official meeting for the year a quorum of both classes is required. According to the letter from Leland a quorum will be met when 10% of each class is present. One class is us, the homeowners and the other is Kyle Sanders as the developer.

The purpose of the meeting this year is to discuss what has happened in the last year, discuss any new business and to elect a member to the board. If you are in good standing with your HOA fees and wish to be elected to the board complete the paperwork included in the letter from Leland and get it back to them ASAP.
