Thank you all for those of you who came up to the meeting Tuesday evening. I wish I could say it was informative but I can not. Our developer, our head of the HOA and head of the ARB (Kyle Sanders) informed us the two car garage unit from Better Built Homes meets all requirements established by the HOA and Development company. The building will meet both architectual and design look to match the other units in Tivoli Village.
Community members shared their concerns ranging from the look of the community to competition from these units. For those of you who left the meeting early discussion continued beyond the soon to be ARB approved two car garage to include landscaping issues and discussion about fencing behind our homes. The most important topic to be discussed is the creation of a transition team to serve as a link between our development and Sentry/Kyle.
The transition team would make recommendation on a variety of issues that concern community members. It would consist of three to five community members that would work together in helping our community reach its true potential. We have a need to establish a community watch program, plan community events, serve as a sounding board for community concerns and more.
