Summer is quickly approaching and more and more residents of Tivoli Village will be heading for the pool and we need everyones help in keeping the pool safe and clean. For those of you new to the neighborhood ... we have had a bad history with our pool during the summer months. On two seperate occasions our pool was closed for the entire summer due to the actions of a few people and we would like to avoid that this summer.As a friendly reminder our Home Owner By-Laws require any resident using the Tivoli Village pool to utilize their own gate key to enter and leave the pool area as well as keep that key with them at all times. Any guest using our pool must also be accompanied by a resdient while in the pool area.
In the event a person is using the pool without their key they may be considered tresspassing and appropriate actions may be taken.

I have a concern that I have been seeing around the lakes...
Can we have a sign reminding resident to pickup after their dogs...
By not picking up after your dog, in my opinion, is making the surrounding area look unclean and unsanitary…
It is a growing concern and needs to be addressed before it gets out of hand...
