Great Meeting ...

The homeowners association of Tivoli Village had our annual meeting Tuesday evening at the Centerpoint Church on Curryford Rd. Among the many topics discussed we were lucky enough to have Edgar Malave, our new OPD liaison officer come by to introduce himself; to have Charles Ramdatt from the cities transportation department come by to ask for our input on transportation issues and a welcome from Commissioner Diamond himself. Diane Hilt-Hicks informed everyone in attendance about our financial issue and transition team member Tom Beard discussed some community issues from pet cleanup to pool use.
When asked if the community would like more mulch or apply that 10K to other community issues a resounding message of fiscal management was said. Community members agreed to save money where we can. Two issues not resolved were:
1. Do you think we should be able to install 20 ft vinyl dividers in the back yards between units? Each resident would be responsible to pay for it and the price and supplier is yet to be determined. All fences would also require ARB approval. Share your opinion in the poll to the right.
2. Do you think we should accept the offer made by Curtis Security? Curtis offered to patrol our common areas, monitor residents vehicles and supply vehicle tags. Curtis could also be paid to provide individual protection for your home for a minor fee. Share your opinion in the pool to the right.
Thanks for all your input!

Lets move one step at a time with our HOA. For now we arw working on a vinyl particition, 6 feet tall, extending 20 feet from main building. I will get some price quotes, forward them to the ARB for approval and let everyone know about it when it has ben approved.
As for entire fences in yards ... that will have to wait. We need the ability for the lawn maintenance people to get into the yards and that is just on hold for now. Lets take it one step at a time. Hope that helps
