On Sunday morning the staff of the Tivoli Village News was notified by a member of law enforcement that a registered sexual offender had moved into the Tivoli Village Neighborhood. Juan Daniel Delaguardia moved into 5496 Carmella Drive, the most southeastern unit in our community. Can't something be done about this? I am not sure of the lagistics but doesn't he have to stay so far away from playgrounds, schools, etc. We have a playground on site, does this count?
