Lets remember some of the amazing things that have happened for Tivoli Village in 2010: Sentry Management was replaced with Leland Management; Our property values appear to have leveled off a bit; Our community streets have been made safer with the installation of the no parking signs as well as the speed bumps along Pineleaf and most importantly our community dues have been lowered. Of the five years of Tivoli Villages existence this has been the most productive and yet we can not be satisfied.
In 2011 we must continue to reform Tivoli Village and evolve as a community. Here is a list, in no specific order, of proposed community goals for 2011: 1. Push for continued collection of unpaid HOA dues resulting in a continued lowering of dues. 2. Push for better development and use of our outdoor spaces to improve our home values. 3. Apply for city matching grant and install vegetation finally enclosing our gated community. 4. Establish and maintain a Neighborhood Watch. 5. Final installation of no parking signs. 6. Get more community members involved in community development. If you would like to see something added or changed to this list please post a comment to this article.
