The Bottom Ten ...

On the top, left of this site you will find a number, a very high number of money that is owed to our H.O.A. by residents who have not paid their dues. Throughout the last year this number has fluctuated somewhere around $100k, today being more than $110k. This money owed and the owners who owe it are the exact reason why our dues are one of the highest in Orange County. That being said we are in a better financial position then we were three years ago. Leland Management has done a great job in keeping the development looking good as they collect some of that money owed to us. For more information on this please read through the Board of Directors minutes listed on this site.
It is important that owners pay attention to this as we will soon be in charge of our development and the thousands of dollars we spend each year. Living in a deed restricted neighborhood has its benefits in keeping the neighborhood looking nice and hopefully increasing our home values. It also comes with the responsibility of paying your dues and limiting what you can do in your yard. We hope that everyone living in Tivoli Village understands the situation we are all in and does their part to keep this one of the best neighborhoods in Orange County.
