Over recent weeks residents of Tivoli Village have received notices from our garbage collectors about lack of payment and with that a lack of collection. There was a concern that the city was no longer going to be collecting garbage in our development but with a little research it was determined that this was not the case for the notices. It appears that many of the units that received notices were rental units.
Garbage collection is something between the city of Orlando and the owners of a property and have nothing to do with our H.O.A. or our management company. If there is any confusion with our renters we recommend that they speak with their owners as soon as possible to clear things up. Garbage cannot be piled up in or around our units as it attracts wildlife and is simply unsafe. Thanks for all the help is keeping our community clean and safe!
