Drove by the pool yesterday and was thrilled to see so many people enjoying themselves. This hot weather is going to drive so many of us to the cool temperatures of our pool. Well, I have some great news for those of us ready to dive in ... Our property manager has just let us know that we are expecting new patio furniture sometime in the next couple of weeks. This furniture is being paid for with our HOA fees ... nice to see our money being used for something wonderful.
I want to also take this time to remind everyone about a few of the very important rules we have in our pool area. We have had issues in the past that have closed our pool for summers at a time (yes, I said SUMMERS) and we would like to avoid that in 2011. We ask that no glass containers are brought to the pool. We ask that only owners, renters and their guests are allowed in the pool area. We ask that keys are NEVER left in the gate lock. We ask that the bathrooms are locked and left clean. We ask that each of us clean up after ourselves. Finally, we ask that everyone treat the pool area in the way that benefits everyone in the community.

A reminder to parent's with children who are not potty trained.They need proper swimwear,that is baby swimmers with plastic pants over them.Last year we had complaints of "E-COLI" causing sickness.Everyone needs to bring their restroom keys if you do
not have one you can get one from Leland Management.
The new furniture is here ... enjoy and please take care of this furniture as it is ours for awhile.
